Public game data
TIBS processes publicly available game information such as character names, worlds, guild membership, rankings and observed events. Source and coverage are shown in the product where available.
Account data
Optional Google sign-in stores a private email address and provider identity needed for authentication. TIBS separately stores the chosen nickname, avatar, language, private follows, read state and reward ledger. Google name and profile photo are not published automatically. Deleting an account removes its private account records without deleting shared public Tibia history.
Browser storage
The language preference and secure first-party session cookies may be stored. TIBS does not add advertising trackers in this release.
Retention and deletion
Email, Google identity, profile and settings are kept while your account exists. Private follows are kept until you unfollow or delete the account. The points balance and ledger are kept until account deletion; no personal points ledger is retained afterwards. Confirmed deletion removes private account data from the active database in that operation and invalidates all sessions. Shared public game history is separate. Expired session records are scheduled for deletion hourly, with a maximum retention target of 24 hours after expiry. Failures require operator intervention; session expiry itself already prevents access. The need to retain inactive accounts is reviewed every 12 months, without automatic bulk deletion.
Recovery copies and operational logs
The currently configured Neon point-in-time recovery window is 6 hours. This is not a retention period for every backup or provider log. Vercel Hobby Runtime Logs are accessible for 1 hour; other provider copies and security logs have separate policies, and their complete deletion periods have not yet been confirmed. TIBS does not log Google tokens or session secrets. A restored database must remain unavailable to users until previous account deletions and removed follows are reapplied and checked; old sessions must not regain access.
